ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer free shipping for orders to the value of $350 AUD or more. (This does not apply on Sale times) Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process once you have passed the threshold. Otherwise we only charge a very competitive flat rate for standard shipping for all orders within Australia of only $10.95 AUD.

We also offer an express service (Price calculated at checkout); however, this needs to be confirmed by us that the product you are ordering is in stock and can be shipped express to you. Once we have received your express product order, we usually notify you within 24 hours if the order can be shipped express - otherwise if not your order will be amended to standard shipping when the product is available or manufactured. 

We ship via Australian Post for all Australian Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, New Zealand and many other countries.

CUSTOMS CHARGES AND INTERNATIONAL TAXES

International customers should also remember to investigate any applicable taxes and fees payable in their country of residence, such as quarantine inspection fees, GST/VAT and import tariffs. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and also differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. Aklanda Australia is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
